Slave Collar

The slave collar is a restraining device used to ease the handling of slaves by their masters. Affixed to the neck of the wearer, it is used to track their movements and stun them if they become violent. Nearly impossible to remove without being detected, those who are so unlucky to wear one are forced to do the bidding of their overseer. Slave traders usually issue these along with the slaves they sell.
